What do I need to play?
One iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and a group in the same room. Category Rush supports 3–10 players; the other four games support 4–10. Everyone shares the same phone.
Where do I find the rules?
Tap a game on the Home screen to open its guide. You can also find How to play in Settings, or open the rules during a game for examples and scoring details.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Gameplay, cards, and artwork are available offline. An internet connection is needed to buy or restore the optional Party Collection through the App Store.
How do I restore the Party Collection?
Make sure you’re signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase, connect to the internet, and choose Restore purchases in the app’s Settings.
The Party Collection is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If it doesn’t appear after restoring, email us with the message shown in the app. Never send your password or payment details.
What if a purchase is pending or unavailable?
You can keep playing with Starter cards. A pending purchase may be waiting for approval from Apple. If the store is unavailable, check your internet connection and try again later, or use Restore purchases if you already bought the collection.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes App Store purchases and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Can I clear saved names and game progress?
Choose Reset local data in the app’s Settings and confirm. This clears your group, saved game, and card history. It does not remove your App Store purchase. Sound and haptic preferences can be changed separately in Settings.
The game paused. What happened?
Switching apps or locking your phone pauses play and hides secret information. Return to the app and use Resume when your group is ready. If a secret role is on screen, hide it before passing the phone.
How do sound and haptics work?
You can turn sound and haptics on or off in Settings. Sound respects your iPhone’s silent mode and plays alongside music. You can play with both turned off.
