How to play
This is what game night sounds like
A little commitment. A lot of laughter.
One friend is silently wrestling an invisible shopping bag. Another is yelling increasingly unlikely guesses. Everyone else is trying to breathe between laughs.
Get the gang into it.
Here’s how Charades works.
Pick your sides
The app balances your group into two teams. Adjust the teams if you like, then let the first actor take the phone and keep the prompt away from the guessers.
Give it everything
You have 60 seconds to act out as many prompts as your team can guess. No speaking. Tap Correct or swipe right for a right answer; tap Skip or swipe left to move on.
Give everyone the spotlight
Teams alternate turns and actors rotate. Use Undo if you marked a card by mistake. Keep playing through equal turns so both teams get a fair shot.
Who wins?
Each correct guess earns your team 1 point. Skips earn no points. The team with the most points after equal turns wins. Want a rematch? Extend the game with another equal set of turns.
